One controller stores settings for two channels. The physical topology depends on the selected dispenser protocol.
Fuel dispenser channel controller
Powered by embedded SARHAS software: two dispenser channels, preset by amount or volume, process monitoring and receipt printing.
SARHAS embedded software creates preset and price commands, processes dispenser responses and displays each channel state. All metering is performed by the dispenser itself.

Features

GasKitLink for Censtar, AZT 2.0 for ECOTEC/Topaz-compatible equipment and Shelf for Shelf and TEXNOUZ dispensers.
The bootloader checks the SARHAS.UPD package format, version and CRC; the application supports service logs and a receipt printer.
Supported protocols
Each dispenser type uses verified line parameters and its own codec for commands, states and final data.
RS-422, 9600 bit/s, 8N1. Controls dispenser presets, prices and states.
RS-485 half-duplex, 4800 bit/s, 7E2. Two channels share one bus and use a consecutive N/N+1 address pair.
RS-485 half-duplex, 19200 bit/s, 8N1. One address per nozzle; both channels use independent addresses on a shared bus. For TEXNOUZ, compatibility of a specific model depends on its automation interface and command map.
Firmware updates with a SARHAS.UPD package, plus service logs and diagnostic reports.
Receipt printing is implemented for the 58 mm Xprinter XP-58IIL ESC/POS printer; one USB device at a time.
Compatible equipment
One controller operates one dispenser with two hoses or two separate dispensers with one hose each.
In AZT 2.0 mode, the controller operates one dispenser with two hoses.
The Shelf protocol is used with Shelf and TEXNOUZ fuel dispensers; model compatibility depends on the automation interface.
Maintenance and updates
The bootloader validates the package on a FAT/FAT32 flash drive and updates the separate application image.
The LOG.ON file enables recording of operating events, communication errors and timeouts.
A diagnostic report is saved to the USB flash drive as DIAG_<bootcount>.TXT.
RECEIPT.CFG is stored in EEPROM; final receipt printing works without detailed paper or cover status monitoring.
USB hubs are not supported: connect either a flash drive or a printer at one time.
